Program View

One screen for the whole program — opportunity, spend, and every project by group.

What It Is

The Program view is a program-level dashboard, found at Program in the sidebar. Stat cards across the top summarize the whole program's money and pipeline, and below them every project appears grouped by group — with its category, status, phase, lead, financial value, and target date. Clicking a project row takes you straight to that project.

Who Sees It

Owners, Admins, and Executives see the whole organization. Managers see only the groups they manage — the group selector offers only their groups, and every total on the page is scoped to them. Members don't see the Program page at all.

The Group Selector

A selector at the top of the page switches between All groups and any single group. Every number on the page — every stat card, every count, every drill-down — follows the selection.

Filtering by Category

Category filter pills sit below the intro line. Selecting one narrows everything — every stat card, the project table, the group sections, and any drill-down all follow the selection, the same way they follow the group selector. A By category → link takes you to the Program by Category report (see Project Categories).

The Stat Cards, by Financial Model

What the stat cards show depends on your organization's financial model (see Financials & COPQ).

• COPQ-based — a Total COPQ card (with a count of how many projects have a COPQ set), a Total costs card, and Active, Ideas, and Completed counts, each with the COPQ attached to projects at that status. "COPQ completed" is the opportunity your finished projects addressed.
• Full accounting — a money row (Hard savings, Soft savings, Total costs, Net hard savings) plus the same Active / Ideas / Completed pipeline counts, each with its benefit figure.

The rule from the financials page applies here too: COPQ is the opportunity, not a benefit — it never mixes into benefit, cost, or net totals.

Drill-Downs

Clicking a money card opens a simple index: each project and its value for that metric, sorted largest first. It's one level deep — project names link through to the project, and that's it.

What's Counted

The Program page counts all non-trashed projects at Idea, Active, and Completed status. Archived and trashed projects appear nowhere on the Program page — not in the totals, not in the group lists.
