Program View

One screen for the whole program — opportunity, spend, and every project by group.

What It Is

The Program view is a program-level dashboard, found at Program in the sidebar. Stat cards across the top summarize the whole program's money and pipeline, and below them every project appears grouped by group — with its field values, status, phase, lead, COPQ, and target date. Clicking a project row takes you straight to that project.

Who Sees It

Owners, Admins, and Executives see the whole organization. Managers see only the groups they manage — the group selector offers only their groups, and every total on the page is scoped to them. Members don't see the Program page at all.

The Group Selector

A selector at the top of the page switches between All groups and any single group. Every number on the page — every stat card, every count, every drill-down — follows the selection.

Filtering by Field

A filter row sits below the intro line with one select per project field — Type, Level, Category, and any fields your organization added. Filters stack, your active picks show as removable chips with a count, and each field offers a Not set choice. Selecting anything narrows everything — every stat card, the project table, the group sections, and any drill-down all follow the selection, the same way they follow the group selector.

The Stat Row

Across the top of the page is the money row every SixGrid rollup shares: Total COPQ, Hard savings (with "of which $X captured"), Soft savings, Total costs, and Net hard savings. Beneath it, a progress line reads "Benefits: $X — Y% of the opportunity," and a status strip shows how the projects split across Idea, Active, and Completed, each with the COPQ attached to projects at that status.

The rules from Financials & COPQ apply here too: COPQ is the sizing of the problem, not a benefit — it never mixes into savings, cost, or net totals. Hard and soft savings are never added together. And netting is per project — the Net hard savings card is the sum of each project's own net, over the projects that have a hard benefit, so one project's costs are never subtracted from another's savings.

Drill-Downs

Each money card opens a simple index: every project and its value for that metric, sorted largest first. It's one level deep — project names link through to the project, and that's it. The Net hard savings drill-down lists only the projects that are actually netted — those with a hard benefit — so the rows add up to the card.

What's Counted

The Program page counts all non-trashed projects at Idea, Active, and Completed status. Archived and trashed projects appear nowhere on the Program page — not in the totals, not in the group lists.
